Celebrating One Year in Schomberg!

 This February marks an exciting milestone as Chestnut Park and Carolyn Scime, Distinctive Properties - Town & Country celebrates our first anniversary on Schomberg's Main Street in King Township. Our central location has proven perfect for serving our market areas while offering enhanced accessibility for clients. More importantly, we've become part of this wonderful community's fabric.

 Throughout the year, we've cherished participating in local traditions – from Halloween trick-or-treating to the Main Street Christmas Parade. One of our proudest moments was collaborating with our community on the Holiday Coat Drive, collecting and donating over 50 coats to those in need.

As we reflect on a year filled with friendly faces and welcoming neighbors, we're excited for many more years of serving this amazing community. Whether you're a familiar face or new to the area, our doors are always open.
